Production Time

All custom items are made to order. Our standard production time is 3-5 weeks. During peak seasons (Black Friday/holidays/high order volume), production may take an additional 1 week. Orders are not refundable for production time within this timeframe.

shipping usually takes 4 – 9 business days after Production .

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Custom Krafted is not responsible for carrier delays, lost

packages or customs issues once the item is in transit.
