Store Policy

1. No Returns or Cancellations on Custom Orders

All custom items (including custom text, logos, or personalized designs) are final sale.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, as materials are purchased and production begins shortly after.


3. Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any carrier once the package leaves our studio.


4. Production Time

All custom items are made to order. Our standard production time is 3-5 weeks. During peak seasons (Black Friday/holidays/high order volume), production may take an additional 1 week. Orders are not refundable for production time within this timeframe.


5. Order Errors

If we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong color, wrong design), we will gladly remake your item at no cost.
We do not offer refunds; a corrected replacement will be sent.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by USPS

  • Damaged items caused during transit

  • Lost or stolen packages

You may file a claim with USPS if this occurs.


7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer must cover new shipping fees to have it resent.


8. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as every item is made to order and stocked in limited quantities.
